Role description:

Arcadis is looking to hire a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to ensures that CICD functions are highly reliable and scalable within the company with a passion to drive and execute Digital to the core of everything we do. Role accountabilities:

• Responsible for improving system reliability and resilience to make it faster and easier to develop and deploy new software capabilities.
• Focuses especially on building automation to reduce manual effort and prevent operations incidents.
• Continuously seeks ways to optimize and automate all operational processes within the relevant service catalogue
• Defines set of principles and practices to achieve high reliability for the CICD architecture designs and individual use case implementations.
• Continuously seeks ways to improve systems availability, performance, latency and resilience for the designs of CICD use cases such as: application upgrade / Backup and restore / Solution tear down / Auto-scaling / Auto-healing / Disaster reovery / Failover and switchover / Collecting, processing, visualizing and monitoring data.
• Defines and measures reliability targets.
• Implements Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.
• Involved in muliple IT service management proceseses: Incident Management for solving incidents / Problem Management for root cause analysis / Release Management for release where involved / Configuration Management for keeping configurational data up-to-date / Change Management with participation in Change Advisory Board (CAB) when relevant
• 3rd level support for CICD and Automation own built solutions.
• Works with stakeholders such as product and service owners to define service level objectives (SLOs) for system operations.
• Key stakeholder in assisting the managing of partners that provide services within the domain.

• Experience in IT service management and IT operational and maintenance tasks and processes with good understanding on how some of these processes can be automated.
• Experience with CICD, Terraform, PowerShell, Power Platform, as well as knowledge of Azure Cloud and virtualization.

Arcadis offers benefits for full time and part time positions. We offer seven paid holidays and potentially up to two floating holidays per calendar year depending on start date, and 15 days PTO that accrue per year. The salary range for this position is $82,400 - $110,000.
