As a Regrind Operator, you s are responsible for the grinding, monitoring, handling and storage of used plastic material for Havre de Grace and other Plastipak facilities.   Set Schedules:  12-hour shifts & a rotating 2-week standard schedule of 3 days, 4 days is 15 working days a month as a full-time associate!

You Will

• Operate forklift and pallet jack to transport materials to and from the grinding room


• Scans material into the system when produced.


• Weighs and prints labels for regrind produced.


• Responsible for all GMP requirements in the grinding room.

You Have

• Able to work 12 hour shift


• Schedule cycles are 3 days on, 2 day off, 2 days on, 3 days off, repeat


• Able to work overtime, as needed


• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent


• Minimum of one year of forklift experience is required


• Strong interpersonal skills and desire to be a productive team member


• Physical requirement includes able to lift up to 50 pounds with or without a reasonable accommodation


• Ability to visually examine minute defects in parts and product.
