Responsibilities:

Launch Excellence

  • Develop an Azurity Commercial Launch Playbook that is scalable across multiple brand archetypes; this Playbook will ultimately help to align the Commercial organization on the launch process, timing of activities, & resource allocation.
  • Work directly with brand & functional launch teams to embed Launch Excellence capabilities across Azurity launch brands.
  • Support Azurity launch teams through skill building to embed strategic capabilities & consult on Launch Excellence execution.
  • Establish & formalize feedback loop to allow for best practice sharing; leverage market insights, stakeholder feedback & industry trends to drive continuous improvement in the Launch Excellence process.
  • Ensure appropriate awareness & training of materials; develop appropriate templates / checklists to ensure effectiveness & completeness while maximizing efficiencies.
  • Create & monitor KPIs to measure success of the Launch Excellence process.
  • Support the Commercial integration / transition activities related to any newly acquired assets or companies.

Strategic Marketing

  • Champion for a culture of learning, excellence & innovation.
  • Work directly with Brand Leadership to embed marketing competencies & needed skill sets.
  • Execute on the vision for an enduring & scalable Center of Excellence / Marketing Learning Capability for Azurity Marketing.
  • Create & deliver curriculum for building technical skills & leadership competencies.
  • Establish & monitor KPIs to measure success of the Marketing capabilities learning offerings.
  • Leverage innovative learning solutions to develop & embed the needed marketing capabilities for marketing teams.
  • Support development of a long-term capability development strategy & multi-year plan, which may include Competency Model / Assessments, Experiences, Exposure opportunities, Talent programs, Engagement initiatives, Process & tools for implementation, skill building & matrix of measurement.
  • Work with the cross-functional team, including Marketing, MASA, COAi, Sales, & Medical to manage & ultimately elevate the Brand Planning Process.
  • Provide strategic input into the Commercial evaluations of both Azurity internal pipeline as well as potential external (BD) asset targets, including forecasting & assessment of organizational strategic fit.
  • As necessary, lead strategic projects that result in improved processes, efficiencies, and/or performance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree required; MBA preferred.
  • 5+ years of relevant pharmaceutical marketing experience.
  • Experience in inline marketing, including launch; new product commercialization a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a track record of effectiveness & collaboration as a team player & result-oriented project leader able to develop strong professional relationships with stakeholders.
  • Self-starter who demonstrates energy & enthusiasm, bringing a positive solution-oriented approach to challenges.
  • Excellent written & oral communication, presentation, & facilitation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic & high-pressure environment, collaborating with multiple cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
  • A passion for improving patient & business outcomes.
  • Position Location Hybrid, with 3 days per week (Tuesday-Thursday) in office and flexibility on the in-office location (Boston, Atlanta, or Raleigh Azurity office)
  • Travel Requirements: Approximately 20%, with mainly domestic travel to attend important meetings.
