GENERAL DESCRIPTION
Full-time faculty member with a normal teaching load as defined in the ASU-Beebe Faculty Handbook who enlists support from program faculty to coordinate the activities of their assigned academic program and/or academic content disciplines. Position will be located in the England Center.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Serve on the Curriculum Committee as Arts and Humanities Division representative.
2. Assist dean in planning, preparing, scheduling, and staffing recommendations for semester course schedules specific to England Center and division.
3. Coordinate faculty review of course philosophies annually.
4. Maintain list of subject matter experts for course assessment.
5. Serve as a point of contact for Concurrent Enrollment Office and Concurrent Faculty Liaisons.
6. Assist dean with ensuring maintenance of departmental budgets as needed.
7. Assist dean in part-time faculty performance reviews.
8. Support division and institution by attending registration and open registration sessions and maintain an active roster of advisees.
9. Serve as a Banner liaison to full-time and part-time faculty and have "administrator access" specific to Banner functions associated with advising, course scheduling and creation.
10. Collaborate with lead faculty ensuring academic division content area information is current and correct on website and college catalogue.
11. Collaborate with lead faculty to assist dean and administrative assistants with pay authorizations.
12. Assist the dean and serve as point of contact for the England Center with regards to division.
