Responsibilities:
Financial Reporting:
Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
Provide insights and recommendations for improving financial performance.
Budgeting and Forecasting:
Collaborate with department heads to develop and manage the annual budget.
Conduct regular forecasting to identify potential financial risks and opportunities.
Cost Analysis:
Monitor and analyze production costs, identifying areas for cost efficiency and process improvements.
Work closely with the operations team to optimize production costs without compromising quality.
Internal Controls:
Implement and maintain strong internal control procedures to safeguard company assets.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accounting policies.
Team Management:
Lead and mentor the accounting team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing training and development.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA designation preferred.
years of progressive experience in accounting, with at least 4 years in a managerial role.
Strong knowledge of manufacturing accounting principles and cost accounting.
Proficient in financial software and ERP systems.
Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
