Due to business growth a new position has been created for a Senior M&A Analyst to join our Mergers and Acquisitions team.



Key Responsibilities:





    • Mergers & Acquisitions - actively participate in end-to-end M&A processes, from direct sourcing of acquisition target all the way through financial modeling, due diligence, negotiations, and close.


    • Integration - key player in pre- and post-close integration planning across all corporate functions, liaise with senior leadership team and their direct reports for strategy planning and execution.


    • Reporting - prepare elaborate investment memoranda and quality of earnings reports to be presented to senior leadership team and Board of Directors.


    • Strategic Finance - contribute to commercial analyses for non-M&A opportunities, financing projects, commercial negotiations, strategic mandates, etc.,


    • Research - develop market research mapping, competitive business intelligence, understand landscape across core market and adjacencies.


    • Other Support - assist across large corporate projects and other related mandates as they arise.







Experience, Skills & Qualifications:




    • Bachelor's Degree Required in Accounting, Finance, Economics or another related field

    • 3 - 5 years of experience in a Corporate Development or Financial Analysis role

    • Exceptional attention to detail

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office software with advanced financial modeling skills

    • Flexible and able to handle change easily, very comfortable with ambiguity

    • Organized and works well in a team environment

    • Open to domestic travel up to 15%
