Beacon Hill Technologies is seeking a Sr Systems Support Analyst for a contract to hire opportunity with a privately held company in Fort Lauderdale. In this role, you will work as an Application Support Analyst and will act as the primarily liaison for technical and production support issues with internal business end users and 3 rd party cloud based software vendors. You'll have the opportunity to support a wide variety of 3 rd party and home grown applications used by the business. These are inclusive of HRIS, scheduling, and project management tools, as well as ERP Systems. We're seeking candidates who are energetic, have strong customer service and support skills, and who are anxious for an opportunity to grow. This is a new team that is being built out and funded by a large organization and you'll have the opportunity to support end users, manage 3 rd party vendors, document new training materials, and work to make enhancements and recommendations for new applications and business /systems processes as this new division grows. The ideal candidate will have a BS Degree in computer science or information systems along with 3-5 years of professional experience working with end users and supporting software (3 rd party and/or home grown) used for ERP, CRM, Scheduling, and/or HRIS. We're seeking candidate who are passionate about end user support and who enjoy troubleshooting and problem solving with prior experience with Ticketing Systems and collaborating with a wide variety of teams (Business Unit Heads, 3 rd party Vendors, End Users, and Development teams)
