This position reports directly to the Director of Human Resources and is part of the Employee Services Department. They assist with processing of applications, new employment orientation, etc., document scanning and maintenance of personnel files. This position requires the ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced office setting. Requires experience in Microsoft Office, Excel, Power Point; public speaking; ability to work with people; good customer service skills; able to make sound decisions and follow detailed written and verbal instructions. Office is open 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday-Friday.

REQUIREMENTS:
1) High School graduate. Previous experience in hospital or office procedures or two years college in business preferred.
2) Keyboard skills, knowledge of general office practices.
3) Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
4) Desire to work with people of all age groups.
5) Able to make decisions and follow detailed written and verbal instruction.
6) Able to successfully pass background check and drug screen.

Salary is commensurate with up to 10 years of experience.
