YOUR ROLE
Are you known for your attention to detail? Do you enjoy working in a team environment? If so, we have an opportunity that would allow you to provide essential tasks in one of our safe and efficiently operated warehouses.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

  • Responsible for performing a variety of warehouse tasks and duties.
  • The candidate will perform duties as assigned under the direction of management.
  • Daily administrative functions to ensure the achievement of daily/monthly performance and safety goals.
  • Models and acts in accordance with our guiding principles and core value.
  • Sort, batch and print orders in the LP Ops Manager application.
  • Build groupings of orders by work zone, service level, order type and other order attributes as needed.
  • Provide regular and ad hoc reporting to the operations group as directed by the LP Admin Supervisor and/or site management.
  • Monitor the flow of work into the LP Ops Manager application to ensure connectivity with the WMS.
  • Monitor and control the release of work to the hottest work zones to ease congestion.
  • Respond to customer requests by prioritizing identified work in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate with the Order Management Department to ensure a consistent and orderly flow of work to the LP system.
  • Report any system issues in a timely manner through IM Serve and contact with Ops management and LP leadership.
  • Other duties as assigned by the LP Admin supervisor and/or manager.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
  • Basic familiarity with the Lightning Pick picking application (picking; order resolution is a plus).
  • Familiarity with basic computer applications [Windows 10, MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)].
  • Ability to recognize data trends and their significance to the operation.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with multiple levels of both support and operational departments (spoken and written).
  • Ability to understand and effectively respond to multiple dynamic priorities with a high sense of urgency throughout the workday.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Team player/detailed oriented.
  • Ability to perform physically intensive labor including the associate is regularly required to talk; hear; stand; walk; use hands and fingers to handle and/or feel; reach with hands and arms; be able to lift up to 50 pounds, walk for periods of time and stand for periods of time.
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision and depth perception.
  • Must be able to perform duties in a warehouse environment while working closely with others, working well in busy conditions which may be noisy at times.
  • Ability to take direction and work in accordance to set standards of performance and safety.
  • Education: High school diploma or GED preferred. Entry-level position typically requiring little to no prior experience.
