JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsible for providing direct support in selling Resideo/ADI Global Distribution products and/or services to existing customers and in identifying new selling opportunities in the Datacomm industry to existing customers. You will complete administrative work associated with the sales process. You will utilize business knowledge to assess customer needs and enhance the customer buying experience. You will identify opportunities for process improvement and correct procedural or systemic problems. You will collaborate cross-functionally to provide sales support and utilize knowledge to coach junior members of the sales team. You will begin to generate leads by contacting prospective customers in the Datacomm realm. You will drive business growth by closing sales. You will identify improvement opportunities. You will understand Resideo/ADI Global Distribution Datacomm products, systems, and procedures. This position is not eligible for US visa sponsorship.

JOB DUTIES:

• Review and approve RMAs from Sales
  
  
  • Seek authorization for non-stock materials where we have stock rotation.
  • Seek authorization for requests outside Arrow guidelines.
  • Follow-up with sales to enter RMAs for Counter RMAs to ensure they are processed quickly.
  
  
• Process RMA Dispositions and send credit memos to the customer
• Enter Return to Vendor (RTV) requests that result from RMAs.
• Send RTV paperwork to the appropriate Warehouse for shipping, or to A/P for finalization on instances where material will not be shipped from an Arrow warehouse.
• Follow-up with sales and vendors on RTV Direct shipments to receive credit
• Pursue freight claims and freight refunds on orders that shipped from an Arrow warehouse as well as drop-ship orders
• Serve as backup for processing Chino, Arizona & Hayward drop-ship orders
• Serve as backup for Billing (invoice, process credits, modify invoices)
• Create part# in the system.
• Po confirmation update from vendors.
• Open Po follow-up with vendors.
• Adding transfer request from sales.
• Cost adjustments as needed.

• High School Diploma, or equivalent.
• Minimum 1-2 years of Purchasing experience

• Bachelor's Degree
• Familiarity with computer hardware and software
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Prior industry experience
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively

• In compliance with applicable law, Resideo provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be performed in California. Actual compensation is influenced by various factors, including, but not limited to, skills, experience, the specific office location, and pay differences based on the local labor market. The expected base salary range for this role in Chino is $47,377 - $70,301.
