Job Description Summary
Must be able to WORK & TRAIN on any shift (Day or Night). Position openings may change with production needs
Job Description
Operates and maintains a variety of machines, such as blancher, dryer, sorting and automatic defect removal equipment, additive equipment and fluming systems.
Utilizing Automatic Defect Remover machine
Monitors additive levels according to QA specifications.
Monitors and records QA attributes such as color, length, waste and defects.
Adjusts settings on equipment as needed, according to quality specification levels or as directed.
Is responsible for maintaining and keeping all equipment clean and functioning properly.
Uses Factory talk panel views for all equipment in the area to adjust settings, monitor equipment, and track equipment trending.
Uses computers to log and track data, and for retrieving product specifications.
Basic & Preferred Qualifications
Maintain a good attendance record.
Communicate well in English in both written and oral form.
Add, subtract, multiply and divide using a calculator.
Climb stairs and ladders.
Lift up to 50 lbs.
Work independently with little or no supervision.
Work safely and be willing to participate in company safety programs.
Be responsible for following company policies and procedures.
