Description: Our client is currently seeking a Information Security Engineer
Job Title: Information Security Analyst
Location: 100% Remote - Base location- San Francisco, CA
Duration: 12 months
Minimum Qualifications:
A minimum of five years in Information Security Engineering, or an equivalent combination of work experience, training, military service, or formal education.
At least five years of experience in mainframe security risk assessment and remediation.
Proficiency in Resource Access Control Facility (RACF), with a minimum of five years of hands-on experience, particularly with versions z/OS 2.1 or later.
Five years of experience in mainframe security, utilizing native z/OS and RACF tools.
Five years of experience in issuing RACF commands and conducting diagnostic procedures.
Preferred Qualifications:
Five years of experience with Job Control Language (JCL).
Five years of experience with Time Sharing Options (TSO).
Proficiency in REXX and CARLa scripting languages.
Experience with the zSecure suite of security tools.
Advanced technical skills in Information Security, with a thorough understanding of security practices and policies.
Proven ability to manage complex issues and develop innovative solutions.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
