Adams & Martin Group is partnering with a medium-sized litigation firm located near the Irvine Spectrum to hire an experienced Litigation Secretary for the firm. This is an on-site role. The firm practices general civil litigation with an emphasis on insurance defense work.
The Ideal Candidate will have the following:
e-Filing in State and Federal Court, stong knowledge of court calendaring rules
Formatting a wide variety of legal documents, using both MS Word and Adobe
Manage attorney calendars, track attorney billing
Ability to multitask and prioritize projects based on deadline and need
Paralegal certificate a plus
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
