Job Description:

Infosys is seeking to hire Desktop Support Engineer. who has experience in troubleshooting desktop/ laptop issues. Candidate will be responsible for maintaining and monitoring end-user workstations and productivity. This position performs a variety of maintenance, software installations, and break-fix support tasks to ensure end-users are capable performing the tasks required to complete their work. Candidate will be working closely with various teams to provide input on new functionality and system performance, capacity management.

Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• U.S. citizens and those authorized to work in the U.S. are encouraged to apply. We are unable to sponsor currently.
• Candidate must be located within commuting distance of San Francisco, CA or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel in the US.
• At least 6 months of experience in Desktop support
• Expert in O365, teams, Outlook, O365 applications, one drive
• O365 cloud environments support
• Perform installation, configuration and deployment of operating systems and standard software for laptops and desktop computers.
• Audio/Video conference support (Crestron, VoIP, Skype for Business, Microsoft Teams, meeting room equipment fit outs)
• Mobile device management

Preferred Qualifications:
• VPN Support, Printer support, wifi, network
• Experience in Patch deployment (SCCM)
• Desk side support role for VVIP clients.
• Strong analytical and product management skills required.
• Ability to learn and adapt to changing technology.
• Strong technical documentation skills
• Availability to work outside of traditional office hours.

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face.
