The Student Involvement and Leadership Center fosters growth and learning among all students by designing and supporting inclusive experiences and engaging opportunities that connect those we serve with the campus, the community, each other, and themselves. Housed within the IMU, the Center is home to several programs that engage the student body including student organization support, advising of key University Student Organizations, leadership programs, Second Year Experience, Late Nite programs, and Bowling and Billiards.
Job Summary:
This position has the primary responsibility for oversight and support of the IU Bloomington student organization community, consisting of more than 800 organizations. Responsible for designing and administering student life initiatives to increase student engagement and involvement, foster development, build community, and improve the student campus experience.

Working Conditions:
This role requires the ability to effectively communicate and to operate a computer and other standard office productivity equipment. The position involves sedentary work as well as periods of time moving around an office environment and the campus. The person in this role must be able to perform the essential functions with or without an accommodation.

Advertised Salary:
$46,500-$50,000 dependent upon qualifications and experience.
Work Hours:
The position requires some evening and weekend work and may involve travel.
