POSITION SUMMARYThe Program Coordinator is responsible for providing a first-class guest experience for visitors to the Center for Careers, Life, and Service, including students, alumni, faculty, staff, families, community partners, and employers. This role provides mission-critical support for all CLS constituents by serving as a conduit of CLS and campus information, programs, and resources. This position oversees daily operations to ensure the CLS runs smoothly and effectively. This individual also assists with project coordination and administrative support for program implementation utilizing various technological systems and resources. This individual responds to the constituent's inquiries and makes appropriate referrals within the CLS and other campus resources. The Program Coordinator prepares and distributes internal and external communications and content that showcase CLS programs, events, and resources using various methods including email, e-newsletters, and web media. This position also helps maintain the CLS's web presence and various print resources. RESPONSIBILITIES
