Siouxland Community Health Center has an opening for:
EPIC MyChart Patient Portal Specialist
1-Full-time
Successful candidate must have solid experience & advanced knowledge of:
Associate Degree or equivalent EMR experience
Preferred, but not required, ability to speak both English and Spanish
Preferred, but not required, experience working with a diverse population and/or underserved
Advanced computer skills.
Working well in a team setting and problem-solving issues with peers in a positive
Successful candidate must be able to perform primary functions of position:
Help create and implement workflows for care workflows will be a step-by-step guide for teams to enroll and educate patients on signing up and using their patient portal.
Provide patient education and training on Patient
Provide staff education and training on Patient.
Actively work with marketing staff to ensure a marketing plan directly related to the patient portal is constructed and implemented.
Work with the IT Department for setup, maintenance, troubleshooting, and enhancement of the patient portal.
