Kforce's client in Anaheim, CA is seeking a Service Coordinator.
Responsibilities:
Perform service/maintenance contract activities for local and national customers
Generating service orders, purchase orders, outsourcing of subcontractors, scheduling in-house technician, and negotiating labor and material prices with subcontractors
Prepare and submit a project (sign repair/replacement) proposal to the customer according to job requirements
Interact with in-house Estimating, Engineering, and Production departments per project requirements
Manage each project from start to finish
Communication via Fax, E-mail, or Phone
Work order assignment:
Add location to project database (SAGE)
Create sales order
Locate a geographically central subcontractor to perform service
Communicate expectation with field technician for work completion, photos, etc.
Contact the subcontractor and discuss the scope of work
Communicate expectations (before & after photos, customer sign-off)
Generate purchase order
Follow up with maintenance call
Obtain standard cost from Estimating (breakdown of material, labor, freight, etc)
Detail description of work * Lead time for replacement product * Applicable photos to accompany the quote
Proposal follow-up with customer
Acknowledge approval & update the customer on the proposed timing
Request engineering drawing with specifications if needed
Release sales order to Production
Notify of product completion and communicate expectations
Revise existing purchase order Communicate expectations (notify product of expected delivery date)
Follow up with subcontractor and field tech for project completion
Invoicing - Subcontractor
Process Receipt of Goods of subcontractor invoice Submit to Accounts Payable
Provide updated sales to the Billing department
Mail invoice packages to customers & electronic file
REQUIREMENTS:
Plumbing, electrical, construction background
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Attention to detail
Microsoft Suite experience

Relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
