Kforce has a client that is seeking a Business Relationship Manager in Tampa, FL.
Immediate focus on the following:
Identifying and recommending a Virtual Assistant tool
Working with Legal, Enterprise Architecture, Security, and Development (External facing AI Team) in establishing an AI Governance process and committee including developing an AI Risk Assessment tool used for evaluating AI tools and capabilities
Conducting risk assessments against:
The recommended virtual assistant tool
AI productivity suite such as Microsoft Co-Pilot
Tools with AI built in such as Zoom, Salesforce, ServiceNow or BMC Service Management tools and Confluence AI to name a few
Additional Responsibilities:
Identify business challenges and opportunities where AI can be a game-changer, improving efficiency, productivity, and data-driven decision-making
Translate business needs into clear and actionable technical requirements for AI projects
Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to gain a deep understanding of AI capabilities and limitations, advising stakeholders with a balanced perspective
Communicate a clear understanding of the potential risks and benefits of AI solutions to all stakeholders
Track and measure the performance of AI implementations, translating technical data into business-focused insights that showcase the value delivered
Stay current on the latest trends and advancements in AI technology, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement
Identify areas within IT processes where AI automation can streamline tasks and enhance efficiency
Foster strategic partnerships, identify AI-powered solutions, and drive successful implementations that deliver tangible business value
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (technical background preferred)
Minimum 5 years of experience in IT business relationship management or a similar role
Proven ability to build strong relationships and influence business decisions at a strategic
Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a passion for finding innovative solutions
Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise language for non-technical audiences
Solid understanding of AI concepts, including machine learning, natural language processing, and computer vision
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
