Essential functions are defined as the fundamental job duties of the employment position.
PREPARING, PATCHING, AND PAINTING FOR MAIN CAMPUS AND SURROUDING BUILDINGS.
PATCH AND SAND HOLES AND FINISH SURFACES.
MAINTAIN PAINT STOCK.
MUST BE FLEXIBLE TO ACCOMMODATE AROUND DEPT HOURS OF OPERATIONS.
Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS:
The minimum qualifications needed to perform essential job functions must also be identified. Qualifications such as educational preparation or license requirements and/or years of experience required must be specified.
Needs three to four years experience. Applicable licenses preferred (hoisting, staging etc.)
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Walking, standing, lifting.
PHYSICAL ENVIRONMENT:
Examples: working with potentially infectious materials, chemotherapy, exposure to loud noises, etc. Refer to checklist attached.
