Our client are an established construction consulting firm who are leaders in high end residential and commercial project sectors. Due to continued demand on their business, this firm are actively hiring for an Assistant Project Manager to join their growing team in Chicago.

Your new role
As Assistant Project Manager you will understand the project schedule and work to ensure on time completion from design and construction teams. You will monitor field activities and assist with the review of documentation and accuracy of monthly progress payments and change orders.

What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for the role of Assistant Project Manager you will have at least three years' experience working in the construction industry and will ideally have worked on high end residential or hospitality projects with a construction consulting firm, GC or Developer. You will also have a Bachelors degree in a construction related discipline.

What you'll get in return
This is a superb opportunity to join a lead consulting firm and work on large scale projects where typical values are between $25M to $100M. In return you will receive a base salary of $90k -$95k as well as bonus potential and excellent benefits.
