Our client is currently seeking to hire a high performing Project Manager to manage the build of af $120m Ground up 2 Tower Mid-Size Multifamily apartment project in Redmond, WA. Our partnership client is a Top 20, Nationally rated ENR Design Build General Contractor established for almost 100 years. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a premier builder to work on a significant, high-profile project in Redmond and to become a part of the team for the Mid-West.
Your new role
Lead the Project Management process on a $120m Ground up Multifamily Apartment project in Redmond, WA
Develop and strengthen the client relationship
Support the preconstruction process from concept through to completion
Manage the overall budget and bidding process
Negotiate, award, write & negotiate contracts
Work in partnership with the Lead Superintendent to ensure the project stays within budget
Coordinate all the close-out activities
What you'll need to succeed
This position requires at least 10 -15 years of solid construction experience with recent Ground up Multifamily project experience. Design build project experience in the $50m+ range is the most attractive. To be successful in this role you must have very solid technical knowledge of the construction process from preconstruction through to close, contract management and budgeting. You will have strong communication skills to work effectively with your subcontractors and project team. Experience using software tools like Procore, Plangrid & Bluebeam is also attractive.
