Supply Chain Capability - Logistics Sustainability
Corporate (x-segment) role to drive our sustainability agenda and further Logistics Transformations

What are we looking for?

  • An experienced supply chain practitioner with extended (8-10 years) in supply chain, international
    experience and excellent collaboration skills to drive corporate development programs

What will be your key responsibilities?


  • Work across global, regional, segment, and market stakeholders to establish logistics decarbonization roadmaps and strategies in all major markets.

  • Lead the global cross segment logistics sustainability Center of Excellence (COE), including building global best practice playbooks, institution of minimum Co2 accounting standards, and global Hero project execution.

  • Drive the SiG for Logistics digital agenda, including continued deployment of Mars standard Co2 reporting capabilities, partnership with Mars Digital Technologies teams to drive continuous improvement with all digital tools, and partnering across all business stakeholders to embed evolving business requirements into global reporting capabilities.

  • Influence the segment Leadership Teams to deploy and embed sustainability roadmaps for all major markets, including the establishment of plans and resources within regional and segment teams.

  • Lead, in close collaboration with the Supply College, the development and codification of global best practices for logistics sustainability, including training materials and learning programs required to support and sustain the SiG for Logistics program.

  • Drive the alignment of key supply chain stakeholders across global, regional, segment, and market teams to drive the overall SiG for Logistics aspirations and vision.

  • Act as the Mars subject matter expert, in close partnership with the Mars Corporate Sustainability team, for all green logistics technologies. (ie. Alternative fuels, new market technologies, etc.)
