White Blossom Care Center is looking for a Physical Therapist (PT) PRN to join our incredible rehab team.

Job Duties:

Develop and implement treatment to improve patient's functional mobility, document daily, address any barriers limiting progress, develop goals, build rapport with patient and work with Rehab Team
