Job Description
Our site supporting our client in Rensselaer, NY has multiple openings for experienced and dynamic leaders.
Individuals working in any of these roles will:
Oversees a team of 3-8 individual contributors in either technical or non-technical spaces
Supports and monitors team performance
Supports the hiring and on-boarding process of new employees
Participates in training of employees
Performs peer review of data.
Participates in specific position-focused requirements for individual contributors

Qualifications
You may be a fit for any of the above positions if you have some of the following experiences:
At least 7years of experience in the Biopharma industry
Experience in leadership
Technical skills in backgrounds like Analytical Chemistry or Microbiology
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong computer and scientific skills
GMP lab experience is required for all positions.
At least bachelor's degree in a life science field.
Additional Information
Positions are full-time and permanent.
Microbiology Leader: Tuesda y-Saturday, 7am-3:30pmwith overtime as needed.
All other positions areMonday-Friday, 8am-4:30pmwith overtime as needed.
