The Caleb Brett team provides cargo inspection and analytical assessment to the world's petroleum, mining, minerals and biofuels industries. With solutions based on years of expertise, innovation and advanced analytical capabilities, we help customers optimize return on cargoes and help them resolve difficult technical challenges.

Job Duties

Marketing and selling of established Metering & Measurement services, both onshore and offshore.

Maintain a collaborative relationship with internal and external stakeholders that have a direct impact on our success.

Identifies and evaluates possible new markets and new customers for existing products

Identifies and evaluates possible new innovative products or services that align with our current capabilities.

Evaluates and reports customer feed-back. Resolves customer service-related issues (i.e. pricing and product availability).

Generates quotes and orders for customer as required, utilizing internal business processes.

Gives input for sales forecast ( monthly / quarterly / yearly).

Generates monthly sales activity log through client tracking system.

Reviews pricing of products as required and discuss client feedback relative to the industry.

Involved in the development of quality marketing materials.

Implements customer-specific action plans.

Regularly attends industry events to ensure we are visible and up to date with changes.

Qualifications

Bachelors' degree, Technical, Chemistry or Business, preferred.

5 + years of sales experience with documented sales successes and achievements. Experience in the petroleum metering & measurement industry a plus.

Drivers License with reliable driving record is a requirement

Must be self-motivated with excellent organizational and time management skills.

Must be able to manage effectively in a face-paced, multi-tasking environment with shifting priorities

Excellent interpersonal skills; proven ability to deliver high level presentations to prospects and clients.

Ability to collaborate effectively with Sales and Operations leadership

Excellent communication skills including verbal and written formats and ability to listen effectively

Ability to promote an effective working relationship at all levels and create a positive work environment

Ability to promote the vision of the sales organization in a clear and concise manner

Proven experience as a valued contributor to the management team in strategically supporting the business through growth and/or change
