Description: JDP is seeking a Maintenance and Engineering Manager (Head of Maintenance) in the Louisville, KY area! The candidate will be responsible to schedule and control all Plant Projects, Preventive/ Predictive Maintenance programs and functions.

Responsibilities:
Drive reliability programs
Monitor PM programs, Parts inventory & scheduling
Supervise and coach direct reports
Complete direct reports performance reviews and provide feedback
Recommend equipment and processing system modifications and replacements
Remain up to date on plant technology
Implement Root cause analysis on repeated equipment faults.
Establish and administer and effective predictive/preventative maintenance program
Oversee all processes for maintenance and engineering associates
Lead inclusive of plant, division, and company goals
Work closely with outside organizations such as OSHA, EPA, FDA
