Salary: $35.00 USD Hourly - $37.00 USD Hourly

Change Implementation Analyst (EDI, XML, CSV)
Charlotte, NC (Hybrid)
Responsibilities:
- Participate in low to moderately complex initiatives related to Change Implementation.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements.
- Review and analyze basic or tactical Change Implementation assignments.
- Conduct research, evaluate alternatives, and recommend solutions.
- Present recommendations for resolving low to moderately complex situations.
- Exercise independent judgment while adhering to function-specific policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
- Provide information and support to client personnel in Change Implementation.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of Change Implementation experience.
- Equivalent demonstrated through work, consulting, training, or military experience.
- Analytic skills with a focus on source-to-target mapping.
- Customer implementation/integration expertise.
- Experience with EDI, XML, and CSV file formats is recommended.
