Build strong relationships with internal business partners to jointly develop Contact Center of Excellence (CCOE) support strategies. Collaborate with Service Planner 2 and Service Owners and act as a CCOE business liaison. Assist in developing training and communication plans, process improvements, and service delivery models. - High School Diploma or GED
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Proven ability to establish and maintain effective and cooperative working relationships
- Ability to read/interpret documents
- Ability to identify business problems and develop efficient and effective solutions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with industry/technical terms and processes
Desired
- Bachelor's Degree
- 2+ years project management experience
- Any experience working in a contact center environment
- Strong understanding of industry/technical terms and processes- Collaborate with key stakeholders within the department and outside of the department for CCOE Service delivery requirements within the current scope and ensure timely completion
- Develop solutions to help improve CCOE efficiency and associate ease of use by identifying gaps and providing potential solutions
- Assist in the development of written training/communication plans and knowledge documentation
- Support implementation of initiatives and deliver post-implementation analysis of effectiveness
- Build strong relationships with internal departments and serve as a subject matter expert for the CCOE
