Lead the implementation and execution of the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) for the company. Ensure that everyone is truly following, and adhering to, the company's core processes and operating system with consistency.Articulate and maintain a clear focus on company goals and execute plans.Integrate the major functions of the business including Business Development, Services Delivery, Finance and Operations.Establish and maintain organizational clarity.Serve as executive level for issue escalation. Identify and remove obstacles so that the team can perform at its best.Lead, manage, and hold the team accountable for achieving agreed-upon commitments.Develop key performance indicators for major business functions and hold individuals and teams accountable for performance.Provide strategic input and leadership on decision-making affecting the Company (growth, new markets, evaluation of potential alliances, investments)Effectively collaborates with the CEO to remain aligned at all times. Maintains a high level of mutual respect with the CEO.
