Responsibilities



This role will focus on the enabling technologies and transformation projects that are required to support our goals and objectives. You will blend business analytics, data analytics, and technical expertise across a complex transformation portfolio of projects required to support our strategy.

What you will do:

  • Discover, design, deploy requirements and deliverables that are understandable to both business and technology stakeholders-potential deliverables include requirements gathering, process mapping, and developing gap analysis data models.

  • Facilitate process workflow modeling to collaborate on process improvements, automation capabilities, and clearly defined end-to-end use cases.

  • Manage and execute test plan activities, including requirements-based test plans to assess the quality of digital project deliverables.

  • Facilitate user acceptance and readiness testing of technology products with stakeholders.

  • Support project/sprint activities provided to you by your leader.

  • Act as the liaison between internal business stakeholders and product development teams.

  • Perform impact analysis of in-flight projects to determine potential risks.

  • Develop a gap analysis that showcases inconsistencies and creates continuous improvement opportunities.

  • Identify opportunities within the business that our team can successfully impact for future projects.


Qualifications




Successful candidates will have:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, finance, engineering, computer science, management information systems, or related field.

  • Minimum of two (2) years of related experience; previous related industry and consulting experience highly preferred.

  • Conceptual understanding of the SDLC lifecycle (Requirements, Design, and Testing).

  • Background in accounting, finance, or other industry-related field.

  • Experience with business process management, process improvement, scrum methodology, and automation (Lean Business Process or Agile Kata experience a plus).

  • Demonstrate interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills with a highly developed Microsoft Suite skills (Word, Excel) required.

  • Ability to collaborate well with others, demonstrate commitment to continuous learning to stay current regarding applicable strategies, see the "big picture" as well as the details, display appropriate ethical knowledge and commitment, and exhibit a sense of urgency and commitment to quality and the timely completion of the project.

  • Flexibility to travel (if needed) and work outside of normal business hours due to project commitments.
