What You'll Do:



As a Senior Director, Merchandising for Major Appliances, you'll spearhead a cross-functional buying matrix team, shaping strategy, managing budgets, and fostering profitable growth. Your ability to forge strong partnerships with both internal and external stakeholders including Product, Marketing and Suppliers will infuse creativity into the member experience and set you apart. You possess an unparalleled understanding of supplier and customer needs, continuously strategizing for the future of your business. Success in this role demands tenacity, analytical prowess, influence, and a competitive drive. Your executive presence will enable you to navigate complex challenges and collaborate with suppliers at all levels.



You'll make an impact by:



Crafting an Omni Strategy and Cultivating Customer Focus: Identifying trends to meet diverse customer needs.


• Driving Business Growth: Planning, budgeting, forecasting, and propelling category growth while understanding the competitive landscape.


• Providing Strategic Direction: Analyzing business objectives and customer needs, communicating strategies, and incorporating forecasts into business plans.


• Seizing Improvement Opportunities: Promoting a customer-centric environment, fostering adaptability, and championing continuous learning.


• Building Strategic Relationships: Maximizing relationships with vendors, evaluating products and capabilities, and negotiating effectively.


• Managing Teams: Cultivating team culture, mobilizing around member needs, and overseeing strategy execution.

The annual salary range for this position is $130,000.00-$260,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

















Minimum Qualifications...

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business or related field and 5 years' experience in merchandising or related field OR 7 years' experience in merchandising or related field. 4 years' experience with direct responsibility for profit and loss (P&L) statements.
