RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client that is seeking an IT Project Coordinator. This role is Hybrid, 3 days onsite in Holyoke, MA.

Summary:
IT Project Coordinator is responsible for working with IT Managers and Technical leads to plan, organize, and coordinate successful delivery of IT initiatives. IT Project Coordinator will be responsible for these activities in multiple projects simultaneously.

Primary Responsibilities:


  • IT Project Coordinator will capture project/initiative requirements and objectives

  • Create project and resource plans

  • Coordinate with team members to establish schedules, milestones, and individual tasks

  • Utilize project management software such as JIRA to monitor project progress and adherence to schedules

  • As an IT Project Coordinator, you will arrange & lead project and team meetings

  • Document meeting minutes and action items, and ensure follow-up

  • Track project progress, team performance, and communicate updates to stakeholders







REQUIREMENTS:



  • A degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field; PMP Certification is a plus

  • 5 to 10 years of experience as an IT Project Manager/Coordinator

  • Demonstrated experience in Agile projects

  • Experience working in cross-functional teams and collaborating with individuals from various technical and non-technical backgrounds

  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall

  • Proficiency in JIRA and Confluence for project management and reporting

  • Adaptable and a proactive in identifying and addressing project risks and challenges

  • A customer-focused mindset to ensure that project deliverables meet stakeholder expectations and address business needs effectively

  • Ability to coordinate multiple projects with attention to detail

  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines






The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.



We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
