JOB DESCRIPTION

• Assist management in the preparation of monthly, quarterly and year- end financial statements and reporting related to Reinsurance operations in accordance with GAAP policies.
• Prepare, record and compile journal voucher entries using PeopleSoft and Genius platforms.
• Support analysis of general ledger account balances, including cash, investments, intercompany and Reinsurer accounts.
• Provide accounting support in the analysis of foreign currency fluctuations across the balance sheet.
• Support the reconciliation and maintenance of collateral instruments related to third party Reinsurance balances.
• Assist in preparation of plan and forecast models.
• Participate in special projects including testing of system related changes.
