Primary Job Purpose:
Responsible for the operation of the Lifeline program for Eben Ezer Lutheran Care Center throughout Northeastern Colorado.

Education and Experience:
High school graduation or G.E.D.
Must have a valid Colorado driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Other Skills and Abilities:
Ability to enter data accurately.
Ability to think critically, be detail-oriented, work well with elderly clients and peers, handle multiple interruptions, and work on multiple tasks throughout the day.
Must have good writing and communication skills.
Must exhibit courteous, compassionate, and respectful treatment of residents, families, clients, and co-workers.
Ability to listen well and process information.
Must have experience and knowledge regarding Medicaid regulations and billing.
Must display a positive attitude and flexibility in changing situations.
Material and Equipment used:
Lifeline equipment.
General office equipment, such as phone, fax, copier, and computer.
Motor vehicle required for travel.
Working Environment/Physical Activities:
Must be able to sit 5-7 hours a day.
Must be able to lift and carry 0-50 pounds regularly and 50+ pounds occasionally.
Position requires working inside the skilled nursing facility, as well as extensive travel by car throughout northeastern Colorado.
Position requires frequent bending, stooping, kneeling, reaching, handling, and fingering.
Working Hours: 8-12 hours a week, flexible times and days. The schedule may vary, based on needs and supervisor discretion.
