Job Description:

What you will do:

As a Reliability Engineer, you will be a key member of the maintenance team, reporting to the Maintenance Manager. This role is located at the plant and requires 25% travel. You will lead efforts to ensure reliability and maintainability of equipment, processes, utilities, facilities, controls, and safety/security systems.

How you will do it:

 • Review and participate in capital projects to ensure total cost of ownership is considered.
• Own and optimize the preventive and predictive maintenance processes.
• Systematically identify and eliminate production losses and asset failures through Risk Based Asset Management and Life Cycle Asset Management (LCAM).
• Apply value analysis to repair/replace, repair/redesign, and make/buy decisions.
• Support MFMEA and root cause analysis.
• Liaison between Technology SME´s and Plant Maintenance Engineers.

• Provide engineering maintenance support to the Plants.
 

What we look for 
Required :
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required. Mechanical/Electrical Engineering degree or similar discipline preferred.

• 5 + years of experience in a maintenance engineering role required.

• 5+ experience working with reliability engineering related processes required.
• Must fully domain the Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) process, Asset Management & condition monitoring principles, tools and application.

• Proficient on Popular CMMS solutions like Maximo 7.6, SAP Maintenance & Prisma.

• Must have an understanding of Lean, Six Sigma and TPM.
• Requires 25% travel.

Preferred:

• Certified Maintenance And Reliability Professional desired.

• Lean-Six Sigma Black belt certification desired.

• Expertise in all areas of maintenance and reliability, material management, planning and scheduling, and/or CMMS / EAM / ERP optimization is desired.
