Role
: Executive Assistant and Office Manager.



Job Summary



This role is robust and includes a variety of responsibilities. At its core, the role is of an executive assistant to the CIO but encompasses responsibilities for office management and administrative support for the wider team. This role includes involvement in a variety of business processes such as data retention and reporting, working closely with both the operations and investment teams. A successful candidate will be a high-energy, self-starter and result oriented individual with an ownership mindset who can strive in a dynamic, collaborative environment while maintaining structure and attention to details.



Key Responsibilities



  • Executive assistant to the CIO


  • Administrative support to the team.


  • Manage office logistic aspects interacting with third parties and organization function such as facilities, supplies, IT, etc.


  • Support the team with a variety of business processes such as document retention, reporting and data input and presentations.


  • Initiate and coordinate team activities and lead team building efforts.





Qualifications:



  • A proactive individual with 3+ years of relevant administrative experience.


  • Exceptional organizational skills, detail oriented, and creative problem solving.


  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.


  • Proven ability to meet deadline and handle multiple requests with adaptability and flexibility.


  • Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.


  • Ability to foster a positive company culture and team building.





Compensation:


Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $60,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $89,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
