Job Description

IntelliSource is searching for a Project Specialist to join our biotech partner's team. The Project Specialist will be part of a team that's responsible for facilitating communications between Project Managers and internal customers. Using strong Excel skills, you will help manipulate and analyze large datasets. You will also help manage logistical details in relation to said projects.

Project Specialist - Responsibilities:

• Manipulate and analyze large data sets in Excel.
  • Leveraging large inventory files to help with data comparison.
  
  


• Working closely with PM to manage logistic details


• Create easily digestible dashboards for project teams to review


• Facilitate communications between project team and other internal stakeholders.


• Ensure accuracy in data communicated out to the team

• 2+ years of Excel Macro writing experience including Data Massaging, Data analysis and Reporting experience.


• Excellent in analytical, logical skills - Ability to make analytical decisions.


• Data entry, attention to detail and enter data into our various databases.


• Smartsheet experience will be an added advantage.


• Experienced working in a multi-cultural, global environment.


• Strong customer-focus and results orientation.


• Good team player and ability to work independently.
