The Highlights:
Reporting to the Associate Director of Transfer Admission, the Assistant Director is responsible for executing targeted recruitment activities and strategies designed to attract and enroll an undergraduate population of the projected enrollment plan to the university. This position manages a recruitment territory, counsels prospective students and their families, and assists in evaluating transcripts and recommending admission decisions through on-the-spot admission events and marginal file review.
The Assistant Director also conducts reporting via SLATE, and contributes to the advancement of DePaul's recruitment strategies and initiatives, which may include project management of one of the following areas: marketing and communications, outreach to strategic mission populations, campus visits/events, recruitment initiatives for high-achieving students, and University Center/Cohorts.
