Beyond Brokerage, NorthPoint Development's 3rd party brokerage arm, is seeking a Commercial Broker to help grow its third-party real estate brokerage business. As a Commercial Broker, you will be responsible for connecting businesses and individuals with suitable commercial real estate opportunities. Your main goal will be to help clients navigate the complex process of leasing or purchasing commercial properties, ensuring their needs and objectives are met. This role relies on exceptional sales skills, relationship building know-how, and the ability to take a deal from a prospect to a signed lease or contract. This role can work on office, retail, land, multifamily, and small industrial product types in a sales or leasing capacity. The role functions as part of a team, with the ability to bring on teammates' unique skills or participate in others' deals. Additionally, the role could provide candidates with the opportunity to participate in development projects if desired, as a way to grow the agent's knowledge and expertise. This is a 100% commission position with unlimited earning potential and can offer a draw to provide regular biweekly income.

What You'll Do:
Identify potential clients and actively prospect for new business opportunities through cold calls, door to door prospecting, and networking
Meet and consult with clients to understand their specific commercial real estate needs and objectives
Devise and execute strategies to get client's properties leased or sold
Conduct market research to identify suitable properties that align with client requirements
Arrange and accompany clients on property tours, providing expert advice and assistance throughout the process
Prepare LOIs and negotiate lease and purchase terms on behalf of clients, ensuring the best possible outcomes
Prepare and present property proposals to clients, including financial analysis and market research data
Collaborate with landlords, property owners, and other real estate professionals to stay informed about available properties
Keep up to date with market trends and changes in the commercial real estate industry
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, property listings, and transactions
Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients during all stages of the real estate process

Who You Are
Bachelor's degree or 3+ years relevant business/professional experience
Demonstrated mastery of real estate skills including real estate finance and familiarity with various types of leases and commercial contracts
In-depth knowledge of the local commercial real estate market and trends
Missouri and Kansas Real Estate License
Proficient in Microsoft Office- Word, Excel, etc.
Familiarity with contact management software (Salesforce)
Knowledge, relationships, and expertise in Johnson County and/or East Jackson County preferred
CCIM preferred
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, landlords, and other industry professionals
Familiarity with contracts, leases, and regulatory requirements related to commercial real estate
Self-motivated, Hustle
Excellent listening skills and desire to truly understand clients' needs
Ability to think outside of the box and come up with creative solutions
Responsive via email, text, and phone
Pleasant demeanor, clear ability to communicate
Ability to work in a team environment
