As a Fidessa Support / QA Analyst you will:

Duties and responsibilities

  • Support & Test Fidessa application for Trading support.
  • Strong Knowledge of FIX protocol.
  • Ability to work both independently and in groups in an energetic, diverse environment.
  • Global support and includes weekend availability to troubleshoot production related issues, Deployments, exchange upgrades and perform checkouts.
  • Must have working experience in Capital Markets across modules and instruments especially Derivatives (Bonds, Options, Futures, Swaps).
  • Expertise in operating in Linux and windows environment with good command over any scripting language such as Shell, Perl, Python, etc.
  • Debugging the system and fixing the production related issues.
  • Handles complex operational tasks and recommends process and technology changes.
  • Expedient deployment of new systems. Capacity planning and support for increasing volumes and business growth.
  • Escalate / follow-up on permanent fix for development related issues.
  • Provide solutions for application automation.
  • Manage communication of system and application outages to the end users whenever required.
  • Resolve complex application and technical problems.
  • Build, test and install software in Dev, QA, Prod/DR environment.
  • Support complex efforts involving Analysis, Design, Development and testing of various application components.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:

Pay Range*: $ 109,000 - $ 128,000 Per Annum
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
