As a Fidessa Support / QA Analyst you will:

Duties and responsibilities
Support & Test Fidessa application for Trading support.
Strong Knowledge of FIX protocol.
Ability to work both independently and in groups in an energetic, diverse environment.
Global support and includes weekend availability to troubleshoot production related issues, Deployments, exchange upgrades and perform checkouts.
Must have working experience in Capital Markets across modules and instruments especially Derivatives (Bonds, Options, Futures, Swaps).
Expertise in operating in Linux and windows environment with good command over any scripting language such as Shell, Perl, Python, etc.
Debugging the system and fixing the production related issues.
Handles complex operational tasks and recommends process and technology changes.
Expedient deployment of new systems. Capacity planning and support for increasing volumes and business growth.
Escalate / follow-up on permanent fix for development related issues.
Provide solutions for application automation.
Manage communication of system and application outages to the end users whenever required.
Resolve complex application and technical problems.
Build, test and install software in Dev, QA, Prod/DR environment.
Support complex efforts involving Analysis, Design, Development and testing of various application components.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: $ 109,000 - $ 128,000 Per Annum *Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
