Location: Winter Park, Florida





Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and professional Bilingual Receptionist/Administrator to join our team.



Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Language Requirement: Bilingual in English and Spanish



Front Desk Duties:


  • Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate departments.

  • Answer incoming calls and transfer them to the relevant staff members.

  • Maintain a welcoming and organized reception area.

Administrative Tasks:


  • Assist with general administrative duties, including filing, data entry, and document management.

  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail.

  • Coordinate office supplies and equipment maintenance.

Advanced Computer Skills:


  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

  • Ability to create and manage Excel spreadsheets.

Vendor Communication:


  • Follow up with vendors regarding orders, deliveries, and invoices.

  • Maintain positive relationships with suppliers.

  • Professional Demeanor:

  • Represent the company with a polished and friendly demeanor.

  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).


Qualifications:



Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish.
Previous experience as a receptionist or administrator preferred.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Professional appearance and demeanor.



Interview and Start Date:




In-person interviews will be conducted tomorrow at our Orlando office.


The selected candidate will start on Monday.
