Job Description:

Ameriprise Financial, Inc. seeks a Software Engineer in Minneapolis, MN to design, code, test, implement, maintain, and support application software that is delivered on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

Work closely with customers, business analysts, technology, and project teams to understand business requirements, drive the analysis and design of quality technical solutions that are aligned with business and technology strategies, and comply with the organization's architectural standards. Provide technical guidance to the development team through the full software life cycle. Remote work permitted 2 days per week.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field plus 5 years of progressively responsible experience or, in the alternative, a Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field, plus 3 years of experience. Experience must include the following: Amazon Web Services (AWS), Computer Telephony Interface (CTI), NICE call recording, Nexidia call analytics, Cisco Unified Communication, and Cisco Intelligent Content Management.
