Vancouver Clinic seeks an energetic full-time Materials Technician to ensure our medical supplies are always ready for action and our inventory is expertly managed. New hires generally start between $24.65-$32.30 an hour and placement in the range is based on an evaluation of experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the process of ordering, receiving, unpacking, and storing medical supplies, ensuring they are readily available for upcoming procedures.


• Utilize your keen eye for detail to oversee inventory management (including maintaining product barcodes, rotating stock, and managing outdates).


• Ensure out inventory levels are in check by stocking the core essentials and promptly communicating any needed adjustments.


• Prepare case carts ahead of procedures by picking and stocking necessary soft goods.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.


• Prior experience with inventory management within an Operating Room, Sterile Processing Department, ASC, Hospital Supply Chain, or as a Surgical Tech preferred.


• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.


• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Proficiency in using computer systems i.e. EPIC & Excel

Pay Range:
$24.21 - $33.90

PTO and Personal Time accruals are pro-rated by FTE/hours worked. Non-benefits eligible employees will accrue Personal Time based on hours worked and State worked.
