Responsibilities:
Open/close store.
Ensure high level of customer satisfaction through excellent customer service.
Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.
Respond to emails and communication from customers and stakeholders.
Process POS (point of sale) purchases.
Handle returns of merchandise.
Process freight and inter-store transfers for markdowns.
Maintain organized stock room and store inventory preparation.
Prepare and process store orders for customers.
Identify and report safety and housekeeping issues.
Restock store when necessary.
Routinely cleans store.
Report all customer complaints to Store Manager.
Follow all companies' policies and procedures.
Maintain a positive and professional attitude.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma/GED combined with 1 + year of relevant work experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Credit Check
2+ years of sales experience or customer service.
Excellent verbal and written skills.
Ability to maintain professional appearance.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
Strong organizational skills.
Motivated, outgoing, focused individual who possesses excellent listening and communication skills and can deliver excellent customer service.
Strong desire to succeed.
