A premier real estate company is searching for a Property Accountant to join their growing business. This position will play an integral role in maintaining the books for multiple commercial and residential properties. This opportunity will allow you to work directly with other divisions, providing exposure to asset management, property management and other aspects of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
Preparation of journal entries.
General ledger reconciliations.
Preparation and analysis of financial statements.
Assist with year-end audits.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or another relative field.
2+ years of accounting, finance or audit experience.
Proficient in Excel.
