Housing Case Managers work with individuals and/or families who have experienced homelessness, utilizing a housing first approach. This fulltime position provides on-going case management support and expertise through comprehensive assessment, planning, implementation, and overall evaluation of participant needs.


Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-4:30pm


Requirements:
- Bachelor's preferred
- Valid Driver's License and reliable vehicle (mileage reimbursed)
- Previous experience working with vulnerable populations
