Job Description:


RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client that is seeking a HRIS Analyst in Saint Louis, MO.

Job Duties:


  • HRIS Analyst will assist with auditing information and ensures the HRIS system (Workday) is accurate and up-to-date, data analytics, and entering in key HRIS stats for weekly reporting

  • Engages in creative idea planning for upcoming projects

  • Prepares instructional documents for the Benefits Team on internal processes

  • Troubleshoots and assists Team Members in HRIS system (WorkDay)

  • Monitors emails from team members and helps distribute their questions to the appropriate members of the Benefits Team

  • As a HRIS Analyst, you will help craft company-wide communications and update intranet to distribute information effectively

  • Supports Benefits Team members as needed







REQUIREMENTS:



  • Data analytics and reporting experience

  • Experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

  • Experience in handling sensitive, confidential information

  • Strong organizational skills with a keen ability to prioritize and multi-task

  • Attention to detail

  • Good communicator (oral and written) including the desire to ask questions and learn

  • Interest in Benefits/Curiosity for the work that Benefits handles

  • Ability to adhere to and meet deadlines

  • Experience in Benefits/HR is a plus

  • Familiarity with HRIS systems is a plus






The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.



We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
