The Respiratory Therapist will posses excellent communication skills as well as interpersonal skills necessary to deal effectively and courteously with a diverse group of people of all ages.
Practice ventilator management with autonomy following a universal ventilator protocol.
Work with new ventilator software and equipment
High quality respiratory care outside of the intensive care unit including respiratory assessments, secretion clearance, bronchodilator therapy, etc.
Opportunities to join multidisciplinary committees & quality improvement projects.
Preferred Minimum of one year experience in an acute care hospital.
Required Associates Degree in Science from an A.M.A approved school of Respiratory Care. R.R.T.
Requires a Current /Valid Massachusetts license as a Respiratory Therapist, RRT.
