The Regulatory Analyst and Scheduling Manager is responsible for coordinating and managing the scheduling of interactions and associated meetings. across multiple regulatory authorities in accordance with the Global Regulatory Liaison Office Engagement Program. This role will also provide primary executive management support to Global Chief Compliance Officer who leads a team of 500+ compliance professionals.

As the Regulatory Analyst and Scheduling Manager, Officer, you will


  • Lead and coordinate the regulatory meeting scheduling process globally to ensure meeting compositions include the appropriate attendees and related preparatory and debrief meetings are aligned

  • Work with Exam & Interaction Coordinators to manage the regulatory follow up request intake process by ensuring tracking, confirmation, and delivery processes are executed in accordance with operating protocols

  • Provide comprehensive tracking of regulatory actions and due dates

  • Create Regulatory Scheduling reporting for key stakeholders

  • Monitor regulatory correspondence to ensure responsiveness is timely

  • Manage diaries, prioritizing appointments, arranging and coordinating meetings as well as support certain event planning activities

  • Ensure documents and information is gathered and produced in advance of meetings, liaising with other teams globally, where needed

  • Collaborating effectively with colleagues and team members, assisting with projects and tasks


  • Ability to handle highly confidential and sensitive information

  • Ability to exercise discretion and judgment with respect to matters of significance and work collaboratively with others across multiple business lines and geographies

  • Respond to and screen telephone calls/emails to resolve proper resolution or routing

  • Prepare routine presentation materials related handouts

  • Reserve internal or external venues, as needed

  • Administer complex travel arrangements, maintain and submit all related documentation, including preparing expense reports for review and approval

Education & Preferred Qualifications

  • Undergraduate college degree required

  • Minimum five plus years of administrative experience is required with three or more years of executive management support

  • Familiarity or experience with working in a regulatory environment

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Outlook including calendar tasks journals and contacts; excellent organization skills using the PC and desk/file materials; ability to make travel arrangements and follow up on details

  • Ability to use discretion in researching and analyzing problems maintain confidentiality of all written materials and information; exercise good judgment; inventive and thorough

  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and meet deadlines. Enjoys a rapidly changing environment; flexible with ability to support key executives and others when needed

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for all types of communication; proficient skills in spelling punctuation grammar usage composition and editing; ability to collect data and prepare professional and accurate presentation materials

  • Strong interpersonal skills and customer service oriented with skills in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships at all levels including presenting information and responding to questions from managers, clients, vendors, and the general public

  • Strong word processing excel and typing with speed and accuracy

  • Self-motivated to assume responsibility without direct supervision

Salary Range:
$65 000 - $102 500 Annual
